Terms and Conditions
1. Buyer acknowledges that the rare coin and bullion market is speculative, volatile and unregulated, and that coin prices do fluctuate and may rise or fall over time. Pre33Coin does not guarantee that items will appreciate in value and be able to be sold for a profit in the future. Pre33Coin is not an investment advisor. The sole relationship between you and Pre33Coin is that of purchaser-seller. No other relationship, express or implied, including, without limitation, an agency, employee-employer, franchisee-franchisor, joint venture, or any partnership relationship exists.
2. Pre33Coin is a direct sale merchant of rare coins and bullion. All certified coins have been graded and certified by one of the leading independent grading companies including PCGS, NGC or ANACS. Even though grading does substantially impact the value of the coins, it is subjective and may vary among independent grading companies and numismatists. Pre33Coin is not responsible for the grades assigned and makes no warranty or representation regarding such grades.
Items are available for direct sale. All photographs posted on the Pre33Coin website are photos of the actual items being sold. The photos are not to scale and do not represent the actual size of the coins.
3. In order to purchase coins from Pre33Coin, you must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Return Policy: Upon shipping, all sales are final. Prior to shipping, any purchase may be rescinded at no charge to the buyer/customer.
5. Sales Tax: California residents will be charged sales tax on purchases of one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500) or less. Please note that any purchase of coins and/or bullion with a price in excess of One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) is exempt from California sales tax. This $1,500.00 rule only applies to coins appearing on the same invoice. International Clients: Duties may be assessed and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
6. Payment: Pre33Coin accepts payment by personal check, certified check, cashier check, and money order. Payments by personal, certified, and cashier checks are due within seven days of purchase. Pre33Coin also reserves the right to hold personal checks, certified checks, and cashier’s checks, or money orders for up to ten (10) banking days prior to shipping in order to guarantee funds have cleared. If the buyer is unable to make payment within the seven day period, Pre33Coin reserves the right to rescind the sale. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Pre33Coin reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not dated within two (5) business day for paper check orders.
7. Shipping: Items will be shipped to the address on file, which you need to confirm when paying online after each invoice. Pre33Coin uses USPS for all shipping. You will need to sign for your package upon delivery. Shipping fees include insurance coverage for the full purchase price of the coin(s) listed on your Pre33Coin invoice. Insurance coverage is in tact until the product has been delivered to the addressee at the address stated on the shipping package or label and signed off. Likewise, if the product is received at a USPS or other carrier facility, the insurance coverage remains in tact until the carrier receives an authorized signature.
8. Credit: Pre33Coin offers an interest free two (2) payment plan. The first payment of fifty percent (50%) of the sales price is due at time of sale or within seven (7) days by check. The balance of the purchase is due within 30 days of the date listed on the invoice. If you change your mind and wish to cancel the sale before the thirty (30) days has lapsed, you will be refunded the amount of your first payment minus a $35 processing fee.
9. Pre33Coin is not liable for network, internet, computer, hardware, or software program malfunctions, failure, delays, or difficulties with the website at any time.
NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IS MADE IN RESPECT TO ANY ITEM EXCEPT FOR WARRANTY OF TITLE. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. PURCHASER HEREBY ASSUMES ALL RISKS CONCERNING AND RELATED TO THE AUTHENTICITY, GRADING, QUALITY, DESCRIPTION, AND CONDITION, OF AN ITEM.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be enforced in accordance with and governed by, the laws of the State of California in San Mateo County. Pre33Coin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
